I drove from Palm Springs to Glendale Hyundai specifically because of Nick Pollastrini, and he made every mile worth it. I'd been shopping for a 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL CPO and had already dealt with the usual dealer nonsense at other car dealers in other cities — vague pricing, pressure tactics, mystery add-ons buried in the quote. Nick and Hyundai of Glendale were the complete opposite. From the very first email, he sent a clean, transparent quote with no forced dealer accessories. No games. Just the number. When I asked him to work toward the specific price, he went straight to his manager and came back with exactly that. He also provided a full state of health report on the CPO vehicle without me having to ask twice — the kind of transparency that builds real trust. All via email. Every question I had was answered promptly. He helped me start and complete nearly all the paperwork online before I even left home, so when I finally made the drive, I was in and out of finance in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes. Anyone who's bought a car knows how rare and glorious that is. He knows the cars, but much more importantly, he cares about his customers. He listens and works to find the right car with the right features at a good price, with solid info and no pressure.
